President of EvoltZ. With over 35 years of experience in the energy market, he has built a solid career in leading companies such as CPFL, CCEE, AES Brasil, Atiaia Renováveis, and Evoltz, holding executive leadership and board positions in distribution, generation, commercialization, and transmission. In 2019, he served as the National Secretary of Electric Energy at the Ministry of Mines and Energy. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Itajubá/MG, an MBA in Energy from POLI/University of São Paulo, and completed executive leadership programs at the University of Virginia and Georgetown University.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the electric sector, Daniel Lima began his career in 2006, spending 14 years at the Neoenergia Group before joining EVOLTZ. He has built a solid trajectory in the areas of energy distribution and transmission, standing out for his leadership in operations and in asset management and implementation projects. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal Institute of Bahia – IFBA, and has specialized in Power Distribution Engineering and Power Systems at CIMATEC. He also holds MBAs in Business Management from FGV and in Finance from Ibmec. Daniel has also completed the International Executive Development Program at IESE Business School.

With approximately 15 years of experience in the electric sector, Claudine Furtado has built a solid background working at major companies such as CELESC, ENGIE, and BRDE – the Development Bank of Southern Brazil. She has held leadership roles in M&A transactions in the energy sector, energy generation project development, and loan programs for energy sector financing. Claudine holds a degree in Economics from PUC-RJ, a master’s degree from EPGE/FGV, an MBA from FDC (Fundação Dom Cabral), and executive education in Energy from HEC Paris.

Hélio Lima Magalhães has over 40 years of professional experience, including 16 years as CEO of companies in Brazil, Mexico, and the United States. He ended his executive career in 2017 and currently serves on several corporate boards. Among his main executive roles, he was President of Citibank Brazil, President of American Express Global Network Services – Americas in New York, President of American Express Mexico, and President of American Express Brazil.
He is currently a board member at Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP), and chairs the boards of Evoltz Participações, Cia Melhoramentos São Paulo, and fintech company Liber Capital. Previously, he served as Chairman of the Board of Banco do Brasil and as a board member at Enel São Paulo, FGC (Credit Guarantee Fund), IRB (Brazilian Reinsurance Institute), and Suzano. He was also Chairman of the Board of the American Chamber of Commerce Brazil and a member of the Brazil-US Business Council at the US Chamber of Commerce.
He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from The George Washington University – Washington DC, USA, and a postgraduate degree in Computer Science from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio).

Civil engineer (EE-UFRJ, 1971), with a master’s degree in Hydraulics (COPPE-UFRJ, 1973) and a PhD in Hydrology and Water Resources (Colorado State University, 1976). He currently serves on the boards of Evoltz Transmissora de Energia, IGUÁ Saneamento, and Orizon Valorização de Resíduos.
He has extensive experience in the infrastructure sector, having served as Director-General of ANEEL (2005–2008), President of Grupo Light (2010–2012), and SABESP (2015–2018), in addition to being a professor at COPPE-UFRJ for nearly 50 years. He also held positions as President of ANA, Government Intervener at Enersul, and is a full member of the Brazilian National Academy of Engineering.

Igor Romitelli is a Managing Director on the Infrastructure team at Ontario Teachers’ and joined the organization in 2020. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing new investment opportunities across various sectors in the Americas, leading the infrastructure coverage in Brazil. Igor holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of São Paulo.

Professional with over three decades of solid experience in the financial market. Currently, she is a board member at Evoltz, a member of the Audit Committee of B3, Banco ABC Brasil, and the Audit, Risk, and Compliance Committee of Grupo Silvio Santos. She also serves as alternate member of the Fiscal Council of PETZ and as an Advisory Board Member at FIN4SHE.

Matheus Ejima is a Principal on the Infrastructure team at Ontario Teachers’, having joined in 2022 to lead investments in Latin America and develop new opportunities. With 15 years of diverse experience in the infrastructure sector, Matheus previously worked in investment banking and financial advisory firms. He holds a master’s degree in Finance and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo.
