CEO at Evoltz. More than 34 years of experience in the energy market, with consolidated experience developed in relevant companies such as CPFL, CCEE, AES Brasil, Atiaia Renováveis and Evoltz through leadership positions for distribution, generation, commercialization and transmission. In 2019, as National Secretary of Electric Energy, took responsibility of the Electric Sector Modernization discussions. Graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Itajubá/MG, with an MBA in Energy from POLI/University of Sao Paulo, and executive leadership programs at the University of Virginia and at Georgetown University.

Director of Operations at Evoltz. More than 13 years of experience in the electrical sector working in Operation, Maintenance, Automation, Protection and Control, Substation Commissioning, Security and Contract Management activities in the segments of Generation, Transmission and Distribution of energy. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from IFBA, a Specialization in Electrical Energy Distribution Engineering and Electric Power Systems from CIMATEC and an MBA in Business Management – FGV.

Chief Financial Officer at Evoltz. Around 15 years of experience in the Energy Market with consolidated experience developed in relevant companies such as CELESC Holding, ENGIE Brasil, and BRDE – Southern Brazil Development Bank, through leadership positions in M&A transactions in Energy Services, Generation Projects and Loan Programs for Financing the Energy Sector.

Civil Engineer (EE-UFRJ, 1971), Master in Hydraulics (M.Sc. COPPE-UFRJ, 1973), Ph.D. in Hydrology and Water Resources (Colorado State University, 1976). Currently a board member at ENEVA Geração de Energia and EVOLTZ Transmissão de Energia. Served as General Director of ANEEL, the Brazilian Electricity Regulatory Agency (2005-2008), President of SABESP, São Paulo’s water utility company (2015-2018), and President of Grupo Light, an energy company in the State of Rio de Janeiro (2010-2012).

Civil engineer (EE-UFRJ, 1971), master in Hydraulics (M.Sc. COPPE-UFRJ, 1973), PhD in Hydrology and Water Resources (Ph.D., Colorado State University, 1976). He is a member of the Board of ENEVA Geração de Energia and EVOLTZ Transmissão de Energia. He was the General Manager of ANEEL, National Electric Energy Agency (2005-2008), Chairman of SABESP, a sanitation and water company, concessionaire in the State of São Paulo (2015-2018). Chairman of Grupo Light, a power company in the State of Rio de Janeiro (2010-2012).

Stacey Purcell is a Managing Director and head of Latam for Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan’s infrastructure team based in Toronto, Canada. She joined OTPP in 2005 and has participated in transactions and asset management globally, with a focus on Latin America. Prior to joining Ontario Teachers’, Stacey worked in energy transport and utilities as part of Enbridge Inc’s corporate development team. She earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University and is a Chartered Business Valuator.

Is a Principal with the Ontario Teachers’ Infrastructure team, having joined in 2020. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing new investment opportunities across a range of subsectors in the Americas, leading infrastructure coverage in Brazil and Peru. Igor holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD and an LL.B. from the University of São Paulo.

Graduated in Business Administration from PUC – SP, Denise began her career at Trevisan Auditores Independentes. She worked for over 30 years at Citibank Brazil, with the last 10 years serving as Controller and statutory director responsible for accounting, regulatory reporting, and capital management.

A seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in the financial market. Currently, serves as a board member at Evoltz, a member of the Audit Committee for B3 and Banco ABC Brasil, and a participant in the Audit, Risk, and Compliance Committee for Grupo Silvio Santos. Additionally, she holds a position as an alternate member of the Fiscal Council at PETZ and serves on the Advisory Board of FIN4SHE.
